The worst feeling is waking up with your makeup on and feeling like your day is ruined. We have all been there and from that I have learned how to prevent feeling like that the day after.

HOW I MAKE MY DAY EASIER:
- I usually ALWAYS grab water with ice to wake up with a big yeti next to me
- I go wash my face and take all my make up off, trust me this will make a major difference
- Drink and ADVIL before going to bed
- The next day try to drink all your water when you wake up and go wash your face
- Your body needs recovery, so make some water with lemon and either a smoothie or a fresh juice (I prefferably prefer my refreshing pineapple smoothie for a detox)
- Feed yourself ANY food you are craving to feel better (I preffer pasta or poke bowl)
- Make sure you grab your jade roller and put it in your fridge or ice to make it cold, and roll it on babe
- Turn on some candles and some chill music
- Enjoy a face mask or eye pads because we like to be extra ladies
- Change into some comfy clothes and do whatever you want ladies
