Mariana’s 3 min waffles

Healthy waffles

Sweet tooth in the morning and only have 5 min to leave the house? I got you;)

Ingredients you need:

-Trader joes gluten free waffles (or any of choice)

-Trader joes sugar free greek yogurt (or any yogurt of choice, I use this one because its thick)

-100% cacao powder

Optional:

-Agave to add to yogurt

-Rasberries and blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Toast your waffles
  2. Get two tablespoons of greek yogurt and add 1 teaspoon of cacao powder
  3. Mix and then add agave if you want it sweeter, I personally love it dark
  4. Spread the yogurt mix on your waffles and top with the berries
  5. Enjoy!

TIP: Eat this with some lemon water for a yummy and refreshing breakfast

This is such an easy breakfast and so filling for that sweet craving!
