Not a good morning? Remind yourself you are a queen!

Not everyday is perfect. I’ve come to realize that we just have to accept that. It can be hard but once you accept it is easier. Some days we just wake up and for some reason aren’t feeling as happy as other days. That moment we realize that, we have to think on what we are grateful for and be thankful to have another day alive. A new day to work on new things and find new opportunities. Once you think about positive thoughts or just things you are grateful for it makes a difference in your day. It is hard sometimes to be positive, but at least trying to be better can improve any moment by 100%.

It can get annoying when you read those things like try to be positive or etc. Although as cheesy and common it sounds it does help! There are somedays that we just dont feel ourselves, bed days. Coming from my experience on when I was in my lowest, staying in bed just makes it worse. A mind is not sane when it is not creating. I live by that. When I was on my lowest, I found myself looking for inspiration and happiness through others. By watching videos of people who inspired me, or reading it gave me a fire inside. I started turning my ideas to a reality.

Sometimes when we are feeling down we don’t listen to our little voice trying to push out of the low moment we are. Although you should listen! You should go do what you want to, follow your dreams, paint that picture, go for a run, go get some flowers, go do a gratitude act for yourself. Do things that will bring out the best and that will help you discover what is bothering you.

Once you start making those dreams a reality or atleast working on them you will feel so good. It is an extraordinary feeling that I wish everyone will feel it eventually. Small steps lead you to success, so it only takes one thing to change your day. Which is getting out of bed, making it and doing what will make you happy. Once you do that you will lead your day with a crown. You will be the queen of your day and decide what mindset you will have. You will lead others to be happy. Meaning we don’t know if someone else is also having a bad day and all they need is someone to lead them or give them inspiration. So always be kind to others and be the inspiration others need. Because at the end of the day, we all push eachother to be our best version!

Some things that help me have a better day when I am not feeling the best:

  • Making my bed!!
  • Candles that you love
  • Making a yummy breakfast
  • Wearing an outfit that makes me feel the most beautiful
  • Adding some blush to my face to atleast have some color haha
  • Meeting up with friends or a loved one to have a few laughs
  • Go to a class I like
  • Take good notes in class and pay attention
  • Watch some videos of something I am curious of
  • Talk to someone I haven’t talked to
  • Go see puppies (I WANT ONE)
  • Go to the beach ugh

And so much more, follow your heart and make yourself feel loved!
