
Butternut squash with eggs and goat cheese
Ingredients:
- Butternut squash noodles
- 2 eggs
- Goat cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Hot sauce (exotics, my fav)
Instructions:
- Put the noodles on a pan with some olive oil, wait till they are tender and soft
- Put the noodles to the side and cook the eggs
- I like to fry my eggs because I like them well done, although you can do your eggs however you want
- Put the eggs on top of the noodles on a plate and add some pieces of goat cheese
- Top with hot sauce and BAM such an easy meal and so delicious
