Face throwing a fit? What to AVOID.

BREAK OUTS IS OUR SKIN CALLING FOR HELP, GETTING YOUR ATTENTION TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF BETTER

I know we all feel down when we start seeing some breakouts. They always come before something that we have been looking for and it’s the worse! We can never find where they come and why they come at the worst timing.

We might question if it is the lack of sleep, our hormones, diet, wine, etc. The answer is YES. We might think a glass of wine won’t affect you, but it can. So being the obsessive person I am, I did some research and analyzed my own face to see what could be causing our unwanted beautiful break outs.

Changing our face routine: I constantly find myself trying to add more products to my face routine and well it is not the smartest thing to do. This is because sometimes our face has allergic reactions to some of the ingredients that products have. The products you might want to try might look ”aesthetic” but they are’t ”aestheticly pleasing” to your face. So, I would stick to what it works and ask you dermatologist for suggestions on products that would help you or work for you.

Sugar: In order to keep a stable face, we might need to keep a stable diet. Not only to loose fat, but mainly to keep our hormones balanced. Sugar triggers the hormones, so as good as a creme brûlée with wine might sound it isn’t the best for this situation. Fruit won’t affect you, but icecream and cakes will in this situation. So, keep this in mind if you struggling .

Dairy: Those cheesy breads and pizza you had the other night created that beautiful breakout you woke up with today LOL. The processed milk and cheeses will cause your hormones to act crazy and make you feel not too good. So try to lower your intake in dairy to reduce your breakouts.

Overusing our moisturizer and serums: When we are breaking out we want our face to not be so moisturized that will clog up more pores. So if you normally use your moisturizer it’s ok because it is part of your routine, but if you don’t then don’t do it babe.

Alcohol: How nice does a pinot grigio sound with chocolates while watching a movie? Sounds like a perfect plan……when our face isn’t throwing a fit. Maybe a glass won’t affect you, but going crazy with drinks will. It is inflammatory causing you to be dehydrated and just unbalancing everything. So, those post party pimples are REAL. Take it chill babe, wine won’t leave you it will always be there.
