
If there is one thing I hate the most about starting a new year is starting it sick. I can’t do my workouts and do the things I wanted to. And of course I started my year with a cold and allergies, and many of my friends with covid. So, I decided to take this immunity shot at least twice a day and I swear it has made a difference. So let’s get healthy BABE!
You will need:
- Lime juice at least two tablespoons
- 10 drops of liquid turmeric
- 10 drops of liquid ginger
- 2 teaspoons of sugar free cranberry juice

For the turmeric and ginger, they make it into a liquid form with the juicer. Then add it to a droplet thing. I will link them here.
