Guided meditation to practice daily.

I used to think how people could meditate and find peace from it, but babe IT WORKS! I have been incorporating a video of atleast 5 minutes or the app superhuman from mimi bouchard which are guided meditation. You can listen in the yoga mat, bed, beach, car, park, or anywhere that you find that time and want to do it. Starting with these guided meditations will teach you and lead you to your better self.
