

Somedays simply are not it. As hard as we might try, things just don’t make sense and the feeling of no direction hurts. Well believe me I have been there and many of you guys too. When days like this happen the thing you should not do is stay home in your room with the lights off. This will only make you overthink and hurt more and not solve anything. The key when this happens is finding what is triggering you. Doing something to release those unwanted thoughts and emotions. It could be going on a walk, journaling, listening to a meditation video, talking to someone, etc. Find what will help you, and try these questions and affirmations.
Ask yourself:
Why am I upset?
What did I think about that led me to this?
Is there something I can do to change this feeling?
Why am I letting something affect me when I know my worth and who I am?
What am I going to do about it?
How will this make me stronger?
Sometimes all we need is to ask our self with full honesty what is wrong. When you sit down and analyze with your inner self things resolve. You can either write it down on your phone, journal, or on your mind. This will help you reflect on what is wrong and how you can come out stronger from it.
Repeat after me:
I am a powerful women with dreams and goals
I know my self worth and what I deserve
I am doing my best
I am grateful for what I have
I am alive with a body that does things for me
My challenges are helping me grow
I am not going to worry on things I can’t control
I will live in the moment with no expectations that will hurt me
I believe in myself
I believe today will be a beautiful day
