
Period sucks!
UGH! Nothing worse than going on a trip or having a fun plan and getting your period. So annoying, although at least we are healthy that we get it right? LOL. Through the years I have found what works for me best when this time comes around, although I have always suffered from really bad cramps so :(. Here are a few things that I do or eat to feel better.





















Basically a lot of self love haha and spoiling myself. Take a break and thank your body, it does amazing things.
