What I ate yesterday: I typically stick to this during the weekdays

I am the person that finds one meal, loves it, eats it all the time till sick of it

This is what I ate yesterday. I am not saying you should eat this way or triggering in any way. I am simply showing what I ate through the day. I had workout, class, homework, marlate, class, and sleep haha. Follow me with my food from yesterday.

A day in MAR’S food

Pre workout: Banana, almond butter, cinnamon

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with a lot of pepper, cheese, hot sauce, gf toast, avocado, chile seasoning from tj

Snack: BOOM CHICKA POP, sea salt edition

Lunch: Fish with lemon butter, sweet potatoes with paprika, avocado with pepper

Coffee Break: Brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso

Snack: Cadbury eggs THE BEST

Dinner: Brussel Sprouts and shredded sweet potato with hot sauce and parmesan

And TONS of water hahah.
