A hair care routine is very important, just like a skin care, and a workout routine. Sometimes we might forget how important it is, and believe me I have been there. Although this is a wake up call babes, let’s add that to our routine.

We all picture a healthy hair super shiny, straight and long. Although there are many ways our hair shows it’s healthy. The texture, the ends, the oil, and simply the way it feels. A healthy hair comes in all ways, and you have to figure out how your own hair is and how it works. For example I have been dying my hair a lot dark, so I have been adding more oil to it and hair masks to give back nutrients that were gone during the process.
