Who knew that self care dates are important?
To be honest babe, sometimes I worry that a lot of people really don’t give themselves “alone time”. Many people are scared of going out to do stuff by themselves, they don’t feel comfortable. I can see and understand where that comes from, but if you are one of those people open your eyes and realize that it is okay. It is okay to go for a walk alone, go get coffee alone, go tan alone, and simply do anything alone. It is even healthy to spend that time for yourself.
The thing is that when you spend time alone you learn more about yourself. Your thoughts are clearer because you are doing something for yourself, you are focusing on you. You get to explore things without no ones judgement or pressures that others might impose. You get to take a break from other peoples comments and judgments, to only yours and get to focus on your personal development and growth. Babe, when you hangout with people most of the time you are in a conversation that it is probably not helping your personal development because there is a lot of judgement, opinions, and simply may not be the conversation that adds to your growth.
That it is why it is very important to:
- Hangout with the right group of people
- Have real conversations, don’t force any topic just to seem ”cool”
- Prioritize your alone time as something that it is #1
