Tania’s PECAN PIE

Best dessert EVER

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup Karo light corn syrup
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 1 cup of sugar
  4. 2 tbsp of butter melted
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 6 ounces of pecans
  7. 1 pie crust (graham crackers)
  8. Vanilla ice cream

Instructions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 F
  2. Mix the ingredients together without the pecans, then slightly start adding half of the pecans into the mix
  3. Pour the mix into pie crust and then top it off with the rest of the pecans
  4. Bake for 45 minutes and let it cool for around an hour
  5. Serve with vanilla ice cream
