Or it can be that the recipes that we find online seem to hard to achieve or like they take so much time to do. The founder Me shares recipes that can help you achieve your goals on your health journey by incorporating fun and healthy in one recipe. Today she shared with us 3 toasts in 3 ways to fill your tummy with good food.

Bruschetta Toast

Ingrendients:

  1. Bread of choice
  2. 1 large tomato diced
  3. 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  4. 1 small minced garlic clove (optional)
  5. Basil, as much as you want to
  6. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  7. 1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  8. Salt and pepper
  9. Balsamic glaze

Instructions:

  1. Dice all the tomato, onion, garlic clove, and basil.
  2. Mix all together in a bowl then drizzle the olive oil and season with salt&pepper.
  3. After the bread is toasted add to a plate and top it off with the mix you did earlier.
  4. Drizzle some balsamic glaze and enjoy.

Pesto toast

Ingredients:

  1. Bread of choice
  2. 2 tablespoon of cream cheese of choice
  3. 1 tablespoon of pesto
  4. 1 handful of arugula
  5. 4 diced cherry tomatoes
  6. Drizzle of olive oil
  7. Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Toast your bread and spread some cream cheese on it, after that top it off with some pesto.
  2. Add the handful of arugula with some cherry tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and add some salt&pepper.
  4. Enjoy

Avocado toast with eggs

Ingredients:

  1. Bread of choice
  2. half an avocado
  3. 1 sunny side up egg
  4. Drizzle of olive oil
  5. Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Toast your bread as desired.
  2. Slice your avocado as you want and add it to the toast.
  3. Drizzle some olive oil and add your salt&pepper.
  4. Top it off with your egg and enjoy.
