
Fruit nourishes us, especially during summer
What a better way to cool off during a hot summer day than a cold fruit cereal. I don’t know about you but a must in my diet all year and especially during summer is fruit. It simply romanticizes my summer days and keeps me in a good hydrated mood. Especially when the fruit is super cold and combined with different kinds.
I usually also love to drink cold coconut water, especially the harmless harvest one. It is so easy to get and so delicious. Well let me share with you the best snack to have this season. You just have to stock up on your favorite fruit and your favorite coconut water.
