Have you recently not have been feeling your best self, or simply lost your sparkle? Maybe something in your life happened that made you feel that way or you are going through something that is affecting you. This has led to you not being able to realize how incredible you are and is hurting your selfesteem. You might be feeling like you are not enough which leads to feeling ugly, not cool, and simply totally not bad ass. Sometimes when we are on this point or even lower we might not be able to see what is causing us to feel this way. Or simply accumulation of lack of self worth, although just know this is totally normal.

You might think oh they are the queens of self confidence, or simply think that others don’t go through this. Although it is something normal. We all have our days and we just have to simply know they key way to bring us back to the top my queens. Let’s explore some ways to help us heal and become the master at self confidence and getting ourselves out of that dark hole.

Realize who you are

Sometimes we tend to forget who we are and it is okay. When it comes to moments like this you just have to think of all the amazing things you have done and how incredible you are. Your beauty is unbelievable, your talents make you unique, your way of viewing life, how loved you are, and simply how you are alive! Simple things that sometimes we forget about that in order to remember them we have to be grounded some way. So wake up of your nightmare and realize who TF you are babe!

Stop pressuring yourself

We can be so hard on ourselves sometimes that we don’t even realize how damaging it can be. No body is perfect and even if there might feel like there is a specific way of how to look or do life you should realize that is not true. You are your own self, you look your own unique way, and you do life like you want to. Sometimes we get so pressured on doing and looking a certain way that we forget our worth and value. When it comes to moments like this stop yourself and think about who you are? Are your thoughts hurting you? Is this even worth my time? And then come back to the realization that you are on your own journey babe.

Do things that make you feel good

When it comes to living your own life, you just have to learn what makes you the happiest. Sound simple, although it can be challenging sometimes because it can look very different to each person. Maybe it makes you feel good to run, eat, paint, shop, create, dance, watch a movie, or simply go for a swim. No matter what “good” might look for others, focus on what makes YOU feel the bestest.

Stop comparing

Comparison is the thief of joy – Theodore Roosevelt. Very very true. You might feel so much weight on your shoulder from constantly comparing yourself to others. Especially now on social media making it so easy to do so. Just because it might seem like they have a better life, body, or are accomplishing things you would want to doesn’t make you less worthy. You have no idea how they truly feel, so you can’t compare their outsides to their insides babe. You do you, and repeat that to yourself if you find yourself doing that.

Spoil yourself and hype yourself up

Babe you don’t need everyone saying or commenting how good you look, you have yourself. Call yourself pretty, smart, amazing, incredible, babe, mega babe, queen, or whatever makes you feel the bestest. You are a goddess and you don’t need anyone to remind you. Go get that top, your hair, nails, food, etc. Spoil yourself and remind yourself you are someone worth spoiling my queen.
