Start spending more time on your hair care

When it comes to keeping your hair healthy there are a lot of factors that you should be considering. How many times did forget that simple things to make a big impact not only in her hair but in our lives. Also how small changes can lead into a big change. For example every other day we wash our hair, put our hair up in a bun, go swimming, sleep, comb our hair, and apply heat. Many of these things are a cause for your split ends and damaged hair.

Keeping your hair healthy doesn’t necessarily mean you have to spend thousands of dollars on products and treatments. It simply means paying more attention to it and the things you do that might be doing that. Maybe you comb your hair too hard, use bad hair elastics, wash your hair with a bad shampoo, etc. So, let me help you with some small changes that I have learned through the years and my hair stylist has given me.

Easy swaps for a change

Swap your hair ties for scrunchies

Swap your current hair brush for a better one

Swap your pillow case for a silk pillow case

Swap you shampoo for your current one

Swap using hair tools often to heatless tools

Swap your hairspray for hair oil for a sleek look
