
A fruit filled with benefits
Papaya is a fruit that contains high levels of antioxidants making it a must to add to your mornings. It is filled with vitamin A, C, and E. Eating it on an empty stomach in the morning helps detox/clean your digestive system of any toxins, overall good to go to the bathroom. It also reduces the risk of heart diseases, cancer, diabetes, low blood sugar, and many more. It is also an “eat pretty” food, meaning it makes your skin healthier and tightens it. This leads to preventing wrinkles and imperfections in the skin. Simply a fruit that can help you in many ways with it’s deliciousness.
How to prepare a papaya boat
Instead of eating it plain, even-though it is delicious any way, have some fun prepping it!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 of a papaya
- Granola of any type
- Yogurt of any type
- Lime juice
Instructions:
- Start by cutting the papaya in half, and repeat the same thing with the half of the papaya
- The half of the half of the papaya should be cut into squares to fill the papaya boat
- Squeeze some lime juice to it
- Add some yogurt on the bottom of it and then top it with the papaya chunks
- Drizzle some granola and boom
*The yogurt is optional!
