Make organization a self care habit

I am not the organizational queen whatsoever, but my mind is. I don’t know about you but I have like OCD in my brain. Not that everything has to look perfect, but simply if I don’t do a task I get so upset and it just messes my order. I don’t know if you understand but I just wanted to get out of the way so you can understand what I’m gonna talk about. I have tried many things using sticky notes using my phone using notebooks and everything. But the only thing that really worked for me to keep my things in order was having an organization routine.

You might ask what’s that organization routine but it’s simply like a self-care moment. I light my candle I sit on my desk or bed I grab my notebook or my iPad which has an app called good notes and I start writing my to do‘s. Maybe all of your anxiety and stress is coming from not having an organization routine which can really relieve a lot of stress for me and I bet it can help a lot of people. So try downloading good notes or buy a cute notebook and a candle and create your self care organizational routine. You will thank me later.
