Learn how to be the happiest with what you have and use that as motivation

How to feel more motivated during the week. Motivation starts when you start pushing yourself and believing in yourself. You have to stop expecting others to feel motivated because you can’t expect nothing from anyone else. A wise person in my life told me in order to be happy you can’t expect people to do what you want or to do anything for you. Stop expecting for your boyfriend to bring you flowers or your friend to compliment you or people to be obsessed with you. The key to happiness is not expecting anything from anyone and then you’re gonna start appreciating what others have to give to you and what you have to give to them. That is the first thing to know how to be motivated by yourself and you thrive by your own motivational by others. Maybe you are the type of person that wants a peptalk from others to be like complementing you all the time but you’re only hurting yourself but expecting others to do so. So why not be your own number one motivator.

Once you start thinking with this mindset that no one owes you anything and that you can be your own fan and motivator you will do great things. You will start feeling so powerful and so grateful for everything you have in your life. Your own gratefulness and thankfulness will lead you to feeling that you couldn’t publish anything because you already have everything. So start shifting your mind from how people might owe you because you did this but honey no one owes you anything. So start by shifting your mentality into this one and you will see a great changes in your life. Let me share with you a few things you can do to stop feeling like this.

Try this to start shifting your mindset

Start doing acts of kindness because you feel like it not because you think you owe it to that person.

Start being grateful for what people do for you Instead of always wanting more.

Start your mornings by telling yourself how you were able to achieve anything you want to but you just have to make time for it.

Remember that every empire and every dream was not built in a day but it takes time and constant motivation from yourself and determination.

Like you stop expecting things from others, stop expecting drastic progress in such a little time. Everything takes time for yourself and don’t be too hard on yourself if you don’t accomplish it on the set date.

Start practicing gratitude.

Motivating yourself can be pushing yourself to go to your workout class, to plan your meals, to attend that lunch, to attend your class, small goals that lead to the big goal.
