
A comfort meal like no other
Ingredients:
- 3 celery sticks
- 3 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 whole chicken
- Noodles
- As much water to cover the chicken
Instructions:
- Chop the celery and carrots into small pieces
- Cut onion in four
- Cut tomato in half
- Set aside veggies and then fill a pot with as much water as needed
- Peel the skin off the chicken
- Set the heat high till it boils then set to medium heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes
- After the time goes by take the veggies ( I personally leave some pieces in the soup) and blend them
- Take chicken out and shred the chicken
- Add some egg noodles to soup and let it cook
- Lastly put everything back in and enjoy!
