Keep your head up babe
I know this year we tend to feel pressured to be motivated all the time by ourselves, or from others, and I can get a little hard. We might think a lot of what others recommend might be cheesy, or simply things that you start for a week and drop. All of those little cheesy things if you’re consistent, they do show results. Meaning those little journal entries that might seem like just another TikTok trend or an aesthetic picture, actually do the work. So instead of being oh it’s just another trend or it’s just another cheesy recommendation that doesn’t really do anything, you should actually try and be consistent honestly the key to all of these little hacks are you putting effort in doing to see results. If you are the person who wants to put more effort and be consistent to be motivated and be your best then this is for you.
5 things to implement into your life
Let’s start with a five minute journal. I used to always see them as those aesthetic journals that people don’t actually use them, they just have them for pictures. Although if you truly take the time to read it and see what it’s about you will fall in love. It takes at least 5 minutes of your day to write there and it has guided questions and affirmations to have a great day. And at the end of the day you come back and see if you did what you wanted or simply reflect. You will be practicing your gratitude and overall be more grateful at what you have.

A calendar might seem something basic but it truly does help. You get to see it visually and write down important dates that keep you motivated through the week, month, year. Customize it with some pens, markers, and stickers. Might seem silly but visuals work!

A good podcast selection for your early mornings or long drives that might seem like they suck. Instead wake up excited to hear things that are going to nourish you. Skip that rap music that does not really fullfill your needs and knowledge as podcasts! Switch back and forth!

Obviously a workout is also a typical thing that you hear but listen to this. Don’t only do it for your body, do it for your discipline. This will not only help your physical health, but also mentally. Go sweat and feel good!

A nice self care corner in your room. Gather some goodies that you can treat yourself after a long day or simply when you need it. You are well deserving to relax. This will motivate you to keep going to become your best self!

Xoxo,
