The best 3 min snack: Bruschetta

Bruschetta’s are addictive, it is so hard to stop although so easy to make

In order to keep a good mood through out the day, food plays a really important part on that aspect. Not only meals are important, but also snacks. You have to eat whenever your hungry otherwise you are going to feel bad. Also food is there to enjoy, so spoil yourself with the best.

I typically love these because they are so fast to make and works whenever I am on a run. The picture above was made in like three minutes because I legit had 5 minutes to leave and I was starving. Not only are they fast, they are so good/filling.

Ingredients:

  1. Sourdough baguette
  2. 1 tomato
  3. Olive oil
  4. Pepper
  5. Salt
  6. Burrata (optional)
  7. Truffle oil
  8. Basil

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread till crunchy
  2. Dice tomatoes into small pieces
  3. Mix tomatoes with olive oil, pepper, and salt (your own measurements, depending how you like it)
  4. Enjoy

Optional:

  1. Layer bread with burrata and then top it with tomatoes and truffle oil
